Stay at La Garie organized by Haven Lands

Booking

The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the full payment or a deposit, as specified at the time of confirmation. A written confirmation will be sent via email. Payment implies full acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the participant :

More than 30 days before the start of the stay: full refund.
Between 15 and 30 days: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days: no refund, except in cases of duly justified force majeure (accident, hospitalization, immediate bereavement).
No-shows will be charged the full amount.

Cancellation by Haven Lands :

In the event that the stay cannot take place (due to exceptional conditions, insufficient number of participants, force majeure), a full refund or a postponement will be offered. Haven Lands is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the participant (transportation, insurance, etc.).

Liability and Insurance

Each participant is responsible for their own safety, behavior, and personal belongings during the stay. It is strongly recommended to purchase personal insurance covering :

Trip cancellation
Illness, accident, hospitalization
Civil liability
Loss or theft of luggage

Haven Lands cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury occurring during the stay. Participation in all activities is at the participant’s own risk, and they acknowledge being physically and mentally fit to take part.

Health & Personal Information

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, it is essential to inform Haven Lands prior to arrival of any medical condition, allergy, dietary restriction, or specific sensitivity (physical, mental, emotional). This enables us to adapt the stay appropriately and avoid risk.

Ethical Commitment

The stay at La Garie is rooted in respect – for nature, animals, and fellow humans. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior may result in exclusion from the stay, with no refund. The ecolodge is 100% vegan, so any animal product is forbidden inside.

Animals

Animals on site live freely and must be respected as such. It is strictly forbidden to feed, handle, or disturb them without permission. No external animals are allowed, except by prior and explicit agreement.

Image Rights

Photos may be taken during the stay for communication purposes (website, social media, materials). If you do not wish to appear in these, please notify us before the stay begins.
